Job Description

  • Comprehensively formulate the company's overall supply chain management strategy to ensure the smoothness of the company's internal/external procurement, warehousing, distribution, and business links and support for sales.
  • Reengineer and optimize the supply chain management process, establish an efficient and standardized supply chain management operation system, and minimize the cost of the entire supply chain system.
  • Develop excellent suppliers that meet products and services requirements, establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships, control delivery dates and procurement costs, and ensure procurement quality and cost competitiveness.
  • Establish and implement a fast delivery model with a third-party logistics company to meet customer needs, monitor transportation quality, and reduce transportation costs and risks; monitor warehouse management to ensure consistent accounts.
  • Provide support to customers, receive defective and redundant products returned by customers in a timely manner, ensure that the accounts returned by customers are consistent, and conduct scientific processing in accordance with the company's relevant regulations.
  • Regularly prepare and execute supply chain budgets and expenses.
  • Supply chain team formation, optimization, performance management, incentives and training.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of relevant work experience,
  • Familiar with import and export processes, customs policies, team management experience, able to manage the inventory status of sales orders; Familiar with the entire supply chain process of supplier development, management, procurement, warehousing, logistics, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, English level 6 or above, Fluent English communications

Soft skills:

Good procurement negotiation skills and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
