To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Supply Chain Manager, you will manage the flow of materials into the facility, through the facility and outbound, in a way that maximizes on-time delivery while minimizing inventory and logistics cost. With a strong ethical grounding, you will be responsible for creating strategic partnership with key suppliers while improving the trade agreements in terms of both cost and cash flow. All of this work will be performed in and through SAP system. You will be responsible for creating a Supply Chain strategy aligned with the business objectives, growth plans and aligned with the Electrical Sector SCM Strategy. You will ensure that all import and export transactions are in compliance with GTM rules and laws. You will actively participate in the Regional Materials Council and will lead the local team in improving the Materials Management Assessment (MMA) site maturity level. You will drive continuous improvement activities and facilitate organizational development. Your main responsibilities: Champions the Eaton Leadership Values and ensures deployment and adherence within the team. Continuously improve key performance indicators applicable to Materials Management, such as On-time Delivery, Past Due, Days on Hand, Excess and Obsoletes. Remove barriers that negatively affect such indicators. As a senior leader, this position requires an effective deployment of the Eaton Leadership model. The SCM Manager must be an effective leader with skills at developing individuals and teams, setting goals, driving accountability, leveraging resources, effective communication, building organizational capability, and professional presence. Champion the SIOP process for the site, working in cooperation with the EMEA Regional SCM team. This includes leading/participating in the demand forecast, supply response (capacity and inventory), consensus building, executive sponsorship, and attainment steps. The position is member of the executive SIOP team. Deploy and maintain material master and inventory replenishment plan(s) and Min./Max. that optimize service level, inventory levels, and logistics cost. Participate in regional inventory forecasting and follow-up processes. Effectively optimize Inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy. Execute QBR’s quarterly business reviews with strategic partners/supplier, push them for cost savings, improve the quality and parallel increase the communication. Principal responsible for quarterly and annual Physical Inventories, and cycle counts. Lead regular Material Review Board (MRB) meetings and be responsible to share outcomes to stakeholders (finance, engineering, sales, plant) in order to optimize E&O. Improve the efficiency of inbound order management and incoming goods process. Implement Kanban/VMI best practice tools and processes to reduce/maintain the optimum DoH / inventory levels. Deploy sustainable Shop-floor processes that facilitate the efficient and economical flow of material and support ERP Health (accuracy, repeatability, etc.). These processes include Receiving, Warehousing, Materials Movement (physical and transactional), Shipment, and Inventory Record Accuracy (cycle counting, BOM and Routing Audits). Processes will be launched in compliance with the CS EMEA Materials Strategy. Manage and develop internal material flow system to optimize WIP. Actively participate on regional Materials Management Council and the Materials Assessment process. Continually evaluate plant materials management processes, effective use of current tools and material management competencies to ensure continuous improvement towards the full deployment of the Materials Strategy. Actively support upcoming new product introductions from the materials perspective and product transitions from other EATON facilities, ensuring a smooth ramp up and positive customer experience. This includes packaging and external logistics. Develop, align and deploy effective direct and indirect material strategy In this position the responsible must ensure supplier relationship and performance management approach, cost breakdown – cost models – cost out opportunities, risk analysis including barriers to change. Reviews demand fluctuations and adapts the SC strategy Reviews the Leadtime document in line with business changes. Communicates and leads improvement activities Integrating Eaton Corporation best practices into the material management structure via the Global and Regional Materials Council Manage inventory control activities; excess and obsolete material elimination, maintain inventory accuracy, analyze and improve material movement and establish inventory locations and utilize inventory space. Oversee activities of the Material Schedulers to assure that customer delivery, manufacturing efficiency and plant inventory objectives are met and that engineering change activities are effectively coordinated. Responsible for Cycle Counting program, ensuring counts are done daily and timely resolution of discrepancies. #LI-ID1 Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering complemented with an MBA or equivalent is preferred. At least 10-12 years combined Supply Chain management experience in manufacturing environment in a multinational organization, preferably in electrical sector (medium voltage switchgear or transformers) or any similar industrial space Supply Chain technical knowledge in sourcing, procurement, logisictics, warehousing and production planning SAP expertise is a must Proven Management and leadership skills Hands on leader, good communicator, good negotiator. Fluency in Turkish and English required.
