Ready to join our exciting and fast-paced European E-commerce Team? In order to secure future growth, we are currently undergoing a major transformation, leading to the creation of an International Key Account (IKA) Business Unit. In this context, we are building our future Supply Chain Team and are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Manager who will thrive in a newly established environment. The Supply Chain Manager in the Business unit position is a multifaceted role, combining leadership elements of supply chain logistics, strategy deployment, operational planning and market quality, together with broader business leadership as a member of the management team.

 

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain management, ideally in a FMCG company
• Preferred Master/ Post Graduate Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration
• A well networked and collaborative people manager, with a proven track record in development and engagement of associates and a team
• Broad business knowledge with a track record of success in at least 2 of the following 3 areas: 
  • Planning functions (Demand, Supply)
  • Supply Chain functions (Logistics, Operations, Purchasing)
  • Support functions (Finance, IT)
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, preferably experience using Navision/1NAV & Futur Master

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Design, develop and deploy the supply chain strategy (from factory to point of sale: transport, warehousing and distribution) for a strategic e-com customer aligned with safety & quality standards to support the Business plan
• Drive the creation and implementation of new processes and tools, with the help of a team of 5 people who you will build, engage and develop
• Create new added value for customers that support and facilitate strategic business goals, through keeping and fostering a collaborative relationship with customer
• Deliver, as member of the Leadership Team, a consistently improving financial shape to the business and results in line with Operating plan expectations (growth, earnings, cost and cash)
• Take accountability for the management of continuous improvement of supply functions; managing distribution planning, logistics (warehousing/transport) operations, order-to-cash
