Golf Pride is a world leader in golf grips.  Golf Pride develops and manufactures golf grips for Retail and OEM customers. To stays competitive in challenging business environment, the impactable operation is a critical element. As a member of the site leadership team, the primary responsibility of the person in this position is leading SCM in Golf Pride Taiwan plant to  manage the supply chain function of the plant to ensure the achievement of the site's delivery, inventory and financial results, supporting the corporate / division SCM strategies, initiatives and goals.

50. Responsible for Planning, Purchasing, Logistic, Warehouse functions
50. Manage monthly production plan according to demand, inventory, finance performance and on behalf of Golf Pride TW team to participate
50. Global SIOP meeting to go over annual capacity vs. demand with necessary action. 
50. In charge of DOH (inventory), OTD (shipping efficiency), OTTR (shipping meet customer request) and Production Leadtime improvement including the flow from supplier, subcontractor and in house. 
50. Manage the material requirement planning function through MRP according to Annual forecast provide Global SIOP Team.
50. Responsible for indirect material & facility business including tooling, machine, services, subcontractors and all outside contractors sourcing, negotiation, purchasing and management.
50. In charge of cost continued improvement for direct & indirect material, service and subcontractors through sourcing change, cost negotiation, VA/VE, continue improvement to meet annual cost out target.
50. Manage the supplier & subcontractors assessment to ensure suppliers & subcontractors are meeting or exceeding quality, cost and delivery expectations.
50. Responsible the Global Trade function for the plant supporting the division/corporate guidelines and country regulations (both US and local).
50. Responsible to SCM people development to develop employee with request competencies
50. Actively participate on SCM division-wide team, in a “One Golf Pride” approach to seek out and coordinate possible synergistic opportunities to benefit the division and achieve division / corporate supply chain strategic goals and initiatives.
50. Implement and execute other assignments by Plant Manager in support of plant leadership duties and projects

Qualifications

50. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business.
50. 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing/Plant environment
50. 5 years' managerial experience in a manufacturing environment with 2 layers managerial experience with managerial scope exceed 4-5 people above
50. Experience in Subcontractor management
50. Experience in SIOP process
50. Demonstrated English language capability and fluency is required.
