Scope of Role

• Demand and supply planning.
• Manage STO (Stock Transfer Order) and shipment from manufacturing site.
• Liaise with Amgen global operations and supply network to ensure alignment between supply strategy and Korea filing.
• Cross-functional coordination.

List of Tasks

• Responsible for demand planning process. Submit demand forecast to Global Planning.
• Assist country level IBP (S&OP) meetings and facilitate pre-IBP meetings. Engage with Commercial and Finance to ensure accurate product forecasting.
• Develop and execute supply strategy in alignment with filing strategy (post launch variation) and timeline. Risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated properly.
• Manage product importation with broker.
• Oversee LSP activities including product receipt at LSP warehouse.
• Ensure excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operation Procedures or other form of work instructions.
• Own CC/NC/CAPA and oversee corrective/preventative action.
• Continuous Improvement (Quality, Time, Cost)
• KPI and Reporting

Knowledge and Skills

• Pharmaceutical supply chain management
• GMP/GSP
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge
• Knowledge in Korea regulations and practices of drug filing and supply
• ERP system, experience in SAP implementation is preferred
• Cold chain management is a plus
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated self-starter who can influence and change in an ambiguous environment
• Resilience
• Effective verbal, written, and listening communications skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3~5+ years supply chain experience, preferred with major pharmaceutical companies.
• Native in Korean. English communication skill is preferred in both speaking and writing
• APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) certification is a plus
