Job Purpose:

Take full responsibility of site production scheduling, material planning, warehouse management for Shanghai Plant I (ASN1).

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for operating and maintaining material system to drive materials on time for production.

• Be responsible for reasonable set-up and production scheduling to achieve OTD target.

• Working with commercial team and inter-company to implement order/forecast analysis.

• Continuously improvement with supplier and production to achieve on-time delivery and shorter lead time.

• Implement analysis on supplier, production and delivery to create/update long term supply chain management strategy by reviewing and optimizing supply chain system.

• In charge of warehouse management, especially to optimize and adjust raw materials inventory in time to make sure smooth production.

• To well manage annual Supply Chain budget planning and control, to ensure Supply chain cost within budget.

• Provide coaching, supervision and performance driving to the team as leader.

• WCM/AWS involvement and facilitation: timely complete WCM/AWS corresponding tasks (pillar build-up, kaizen project, etc.) and strive for continuous improvement.

EHS related responsibility/EHS相关职责：

• Comply with local EHS laws and regulations to avoid any risk related to EHS.

• Follow SG EHS rules, participate into EHS activities, like SMAT, RA, PPE, EHS improvement program, etc.

• Well communicate EHS policy within team and ensure people understand and implement during the daily works.

• Responsible for warehouse 5S implementation to ensure good housekeeping.

• Responsible for warehouse EHS activities and improvement projects.

• Chemical warehouse daily management.

Qualification Requirements：

• Education background

Min. Degree: Bachelor

Max. Degree: Master

• Relevant experience, knowledge and skills

1. At least 6 years’ experience in a management role in supply chain management.

2. Working experience in multi-national enterprise is a plus.

3. Good English in written and oral.

4. Good knowledge and skills in WCM/Lean manufacturing/MTO is preferred.
