Job Description
  • Organizing and supervising logistics on the ground in cooperation with the CN logistics partners
  • Ensuring proper warehousing and storage of goods in CN
  • Regular planning and aligning in collaboration with the HQ Product Management, Co-Development, Wholesale and Supply Chain Departments
  • Developing, introducing and endorsing operational management (e.g. policies, processes and procedures) for the areas of expertise to ensure efficiency, in alignment with group-level processes and guidelines
  • Contributing and enabling continuous improvement process for processes and activities with relevance for the area of expertise
  • Planning the Supply Chain department CN annual priorities (e.g. action plan) and budget, seeking approval from Head of supply Chain and Expansion HQ; collect all CN office budget, and present it to Head of Controlling HQ
  • Ensuring the functioning of the legal entity Mobisol Solar Energy (Shenzhen) Limited. This includes responsibility for Finance, budget, Human Resources (HR) and Administration, and managing relationships with Mobisol service providers.
  • Effectively and continuously managing risks for the China Office
  • Ensuring compliance of CN with local regulations and requirements

Language: English required, Chinese is a plus
