We are now looking for you, our next Supply Chain Manager to our team within Sourcing & Supply, Sweden Operations.

Your arena

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be part of an entrepreneurial and diverse team working in a fast-changing environment and contributing to improving the lives of patients worldwide. The team, consisting of 12 Supply Chain Managers, is central to the business and day-to-day collaboration within the team is a key strength.

The Supply Chain Manager acts as the link between Sweden Operations and the market companies and is the main contact with the Global Supply Chain Group. The Supply Chain Manager represents Sweden in the Global Product Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and partners with the Global Supply Planner, leading the execution of the agreed brand strategy within Sweden.

Your role as a Supply Chain Manager

As a Supply Chain Manager, you are accountable for a brand portfolio, effectively ensuring balance between demand and supply on assigned assets as well as between agreed customer service level, conversion cost and inventory. This in the 3-24 month planning horizon.

In the role as Supply Chain Manager you represent Sweden in the Global Product S&OP through which the end-to-end plan is signed of, supply chain performance followed up and supply chain improvements are driven. You will lead the execution of the agreed brand strategy in Sweden within the given supply chain tactical plan framework, fully representing the site’s commitments to the global supply chain plan.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for business processes such as Inventory Management and Segmentation. You are also a key player in the annual Long Range Plan, involving Inventory and Production Volume budgeting.

Essential Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Supply Chain Environment (Manufacturing, Planning) and/or Advanced supply chain (capacity and inventory) planning skills
  • Education requirements: A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred, equivalent experience will be taken into account.
  • Experience in managing and developing solutions for supply chain events
  • Understanding of Supply Chain planning parameters, master data and master data integrity & quality, as well as different supply methods (IRL, VMI/CMI, Flow, Kanban)
  • Experience in collaboration with the key interfaces within the end to end supply chain, with manufacturing and between supply chain and commercial functions
  • Excellent communications, influencing and collaboration skills are required to manage a multitude of customers and stakeholders on a continuous basis.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in participating in the S&OP process
  • Commercial experience is a plus
  • SAP ERP (MRP) knowledge
