Build a collaborative relationship with the Integrated Planning team, Production, Customer Operations and merchandising functions to provide clear visibility of stock movement, ATP/Promise dates, content & timeliness of all PO's.

Responsibility for the operational process with our 3PL Freight Forwarders and ensuring that all customs and duties requirements are fulfilled.

Develop and maintain productive, effective relationships with peers, superiors and all external and internal parties, globally and locally. Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.

Actively participates in projects and working parties, or to carry out any other duties that may be outside the standard remit, that will benefit the individual, the Division or the Company as a whole.

• Manage the Supply Chain and ensure it is aligned with clear and measurable objectives
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver business goals, ensuring availability of stock to match the order book
• Go to responsibility for all information relating to the progress of Purchase Orders
• Build international relationships with peers across the globe (Manufacturing, Goleta and Macau)
• Support Supply Chain Director with Freight Forwarder Management, including service standards and reporting
• Co-ordinate with the Global teams to ensure cost/service for the Sample programme
• Ensure all business activities are in compliance with national laws, regulations and operating policies
• Champions the company values to ensure they are at the core of our business
• Engages, coaches and develops direct reports
