Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for scientific and effective statistical analysis of warehousing business data, project profits, customer profits and other data. 2. Responsible for the management of warehousing operations, including: receiving, shelfing, picking, packaging, inventory, shelf, return and other operations management, coordination and control, material planning and inventory management 3. Monitor inventory levels to ensure the adequacy and liquidity of inventory. 4. Responsible for improving and optimizing the processes and standards of warehouse management, establishing standardized and complete logistics and warehousing operation reports, timely feedback on logistics and warehousing operations, implementing rules and regulations into daily work, and tracking and improving the work quality and efficiency of employees. 5. Manage and optimize transportation, logistics, production and other arrangements to ensure timely delivery of products and minimization of transportation costs. 6. Responsible for production arrangement, reasonable arrangement of output according to the production plan, sequential processing, delivery of goods according to quality and quantity on schedule, and responsible for the timeliness and rationality of production arrangements. 7. Strictly control the quality, whether it is labeling, changing labels, production and other work supervision in-service personnel strict testing, responsible for the compliance of the factory products.
Qualifications: 1.Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics management or related field 2.5 years or more experience in supply chain management, 3PL experience (at least 2 years) is preferred 3.At least 3 years of management experience in production enterprises, home textiles or apparel industry is preferred 4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain good communication and cooperative relations with suppliers, cross-functional teams and customers 5.Familiar with supply chain management processes and the use of supply chain software 6. Chinese communication skills are preferred.
