In this position you will optimize the order management processes in collaboration with orderers from Regional Companies You are responsible for the KPI Controlling Delivery Capability and Delivery Reliability as well as the analysis for Deliver Daily Business (PowerBI and Celonis YeS) and the adjustment of Controlling according to the new SAP setup You are monitoring the invoicing and support in the commercial order processing incl. price clarification Furthermore, you are responsible for credit and debit notes for price corrections, repair / return orders and commissioning failure orders Also, tax topics e.g. drop shipments, end-use queries, etc., will be part of your daily work You train orderers regarding commercial order processing, take part in the further development of Digital Twin and will optimize processes along the value chain What you need to make real what matters.
