Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute global 3rd party Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain strategies for Gorilla businesses.
  2. Lead and manage negotiation for contract, cost and commercial needs to meet financial/cost KPIs.
  3. Evaluates and designs how to optimize the global capacity, capability and cost opportunities within supply chains to meet business needs and program requirements.
  4. Need the person to station onsite and works collaboratively with supply chain operation team to:

 

  1. Define and communicate the local, regional and global roles and responsibilities to deliver the supply chain strategy.
  2. Manage and communicate the accessible capacity of Gorilla outsourcing models for the purpose of demand/supply planning.
  3. Aggregate global demand information and facilitate global loading of facilities as appropriate.
  4. Maximizes scalability and adaptability to change, including market and business needs.
  5. Delivery quality product by collaborating with Engineering team to address and solve technical issues.
  6. Monitor and manage logistic need for on time goods delivery 

 

  1. Overall ownership of contract manufacturers’ performance management
  2. Lead, drive and communicate day to day CM improvement to increase/achieve key KPIs on; Supplier performance, Total cost of supply chain, program launch, delivery, replenishment, quality, capacity acquisition and utilization, logistic, etc.
  3. Provide leadership, guidance and clarity of day to day CM performance to SCM onsite professionals. Meeting KPIs for team management and people development
  4. Support and ensure key technology transition to certified partners for mass production.
  5. Overall performance assurance to new product introduction; schedule, delivery and MP line readiness.
  6. Insures all regulatory and compliance measures are met within global guidelines.

 

Education & Experience  

  • University graduate, major in engineering, business or supply chain.
  • 10 ~ 15 year experience in Supply Chain/operation
  • 3 ~ 5 years or above in a leadership role
  • Experience in working with vendor onsite for contract manufacturing operation and management
  • Experience working at MNC or global consumer electronics company is greatly preferred
  • Global work experience, working across regions and cultures
  • Experience in display/touch panel manufacturing/cover glass/mechanics is preferred.
  • MBA will be a plus
