Job Responsibility 岗位职责：

Proficient in single or multiple modules of supply chain management. 精通供应链管理单个或多个模块。

Planning 计划：

• Drive for S&OP. Lead S&OP and MPS processes at corporate level and identify internal and external bottlenecks. Manage bottlenecks issues by co-ordinating actions with customers and critical resources (suppliers, production). 推动销售与运营计划。领导公司级S&OP和MPS流程，识别内部和外部瓶颈。通过与客户和关键资源（供应商、生产）协调行动来管理瓶颈问题。

Purchasing 采购：

• Supplier/Supply Capacity management and ensure on time delivery. Liaise with planning/business team in demand/supply planning to ensure of timely supply, improve delivery service level to end customer. 供应商/供应能力管理，确保按时交货。与计划、业务团队在需求/供应链计划方面保持联系，确保及时供应，提高对最终客户的交付服务水平。

Logistics 物流：

• Plan and develop the logistics network and process. Build logistics capabilities across all transportation modes. To develop a reliable, high quality, cost-effective, agile transportation based on Customers’ and Commercial requirements. 规划和发展物流网络和流程。建立跨越所有运输方式的物流能力。根据客户和商业需求，开发可靠、高质量、低成本、灵活的交通运输。

Inventory 库存：

• Inventory management to optimize regional inventory structure. Establish and maintain safety stock settings and continuous improve safety stock level, executing timely inventory replenishment, and managing inventory-related exceptions or issues reduce risk inventory. 库存管理以优化区域库存结构。建立和维护安全库存设置，持续提高安全库存水平，及时执行库存补充，管理库存相关的异常或问题，减少库存风险。

Process and Daily Operations 过程和日常操作：

• Drive improvement in supply chain process. Develop and implement operational excellence initiatives to manage the best balance between service and supply chain costs. 推动供应链流程的改进。制定和实施卓越运营计划，以管理服务和供应链成本之间的***平衡。

• Daily operational management and monitoring; risk and opportunity identification, regional and functional reviews; KPI and project status; monthly operation reviews. 日常运营管理与监控；风险和机会识别、区域和职能审查；关键绩效指标和项目状态；每月运营回顾。

Job Requirement 职位要求：

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree. 教育程度：学士学位或同等学历。

• More than 10 years working experience of supply chain such as planning or purchasing or logistics management etc in large foreign companies or well-known domestic enterprises. 有10年以上大型外企或国内知名企业供应链，比如计划或采购或物流管理等工作经验。

• Good at finding solutions to achieve target by using available resources is requested. Good business sense to spot out the problems with solution is requested. 擅长通过使用可用资源找到实现目标的解决方案，擅长发现问题并提供解决方案。

• Project management or related experience is preferred. Deep knowledge of implementing and managing key operational processes across a complex environment. 6 Sigma BB or PMP/CSCM certification is preferred. 有项目管理及流程梳理相关经验优先，擅长在复杂环境中实施和推进关键业务流程，具有六西格玛黑带或PMP项目管理师或CSCM注册供应链管理师认证证书优先。
