Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal departments for inventory control, stock transactions, goods return and disposals
- Work closely with internal parties in control of warehouse capacity utilization and issue on overstocked/slow movement items and the stock allocation
- Prepare regular inventory reports and related documents
- Conduct data analysis / develop dashboard to support performance monitoring
- Participate in projects for improving operation flow and team efficiency
- Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in supply chain, FMCG is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills to process large amount of data
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office application such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiar with ERP / WMS experience e.g. Oracle or SAP is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
