Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal departments for inventory control, stock transactions, goods return and disposals
• Work closely with internal parties in control of warehouse capacity utilization and issue on overstocked/slow movement items and the stock allocation
• Prepare regular inventory reports and related documents
• Conduct data analysis / develop dashboard to support performance monitoring
• Participate in projects for improving operation flow and team efficiency
• Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by Manager

• Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in supply chain, FMCG is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills to process large amount of data
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office application such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Familiar with ERP / WMS experience e.g. Oracle or SAP is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferred
