Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible and supervise a team of Distribution Supply Chain Center for SOP and Productivity improvement
• Support supply chain duties including process of enquiry, sales order, PO, efficient delivery planning, inventory control
• Support product forcasting & planning, supply chain logistics, CS, and quality issues
• Able to communicate and resovle tasks clearly with key stakeholders and communicate well with internal departments
• Prepare analysis reports and reporting to management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in supply chain or related field.  
• At least 5 years of experience (experienced in FMCG consumer products will have an advantage)
• Passionate and be able to work independently, strong identify & solve problem skill
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer literacy including MS Office Applications, Chinese Word Processing (倉頡/速成), MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table, etc)
• Preferably SAP is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, cooperative, supportive, well-organized and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure, willing to learn & go extra-mile type of strong team member work ethic, hard working
• Higher caliber candidate with team leadership / supervision may consider as Senior Officer or higher position.
