Key Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for confirming and validating BU purchasing orders, release order to suppliers and ensure PO data is well maintained between BUs, suppliers and us.

2、Manage suppliers and coach them to meet KPIs, including PO on time delivery performance, container booking/utilization, inspection booking, MOQ/Lead-time optimization …etc.

3、Support suppliers to negotiate with 3rd party for ocean/air shipment booking, provide shipping documents to BUs in a timely manner, and reminder BUs to arrange payment.

4、Weekly update order report to make transparent status for all BUs.

5、ERP system maintenance and data analysis.

6、Regularly review supplier performance and make action plan to improve poor performance suppliers.

7、Develop regular communication channels with BU supply chain teams to ensure an open and trusting relationship is developed

8、Take initiatives to optimize logistics cost

Qualification:

1、University graduates preferably major in Supply Chain, Logistics or business degree

2、3~5 years working experience in supply chain, logistics or trading company would be an advantage.

3、Fluent, both written and verbally in English and Mandarin

4、Self-motivated, along with a willingness to learn,Attention to details,A good team player,Solution oriented approach

5、Skilled in use of ERP system and expert level on MS Office
