Drive distribution network optimization process and design

Work with cross-functional teams to generate, develop and implement ideas to lower the total cost of our supply network while maintaining target service levels. Maintain documentation on the basis for the design.

Monitor the compliance to the designed supply chain network, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions for those deviations.

Assist in developing a documented process for Network Design, Optimization and Compliance.

Educate others on our supply chain network design.

Overall material planning & replenishment processes

Drive process improvements in collaboration with sourcing

On-time customer delivery analyzes root causes and drives improvements plans

Establish & maintain inventory model used to forecast quarter-end inventory

Responsible for achieving inventory targets by establishing inventory reduction action plans

Monitor accuracy of material transactions on a weekly basis

Responsible for weekly cycle count programs

Perform adjustments approvals and root cause analysis

Drive process improvement to achieve inventory accuracy targets

Responsible for the organization of the annual Physical Inventory and the reduction of deficits

Drive reduction in excess & obsolete inventory balance

Identify, Initiate and drive Supply Chain Business improvement projects focusing on Inventory / Cost reduction / Process optimization and Automation

Interact with sales, product marketing and customer care team to understand customer and market needs

Managing the End to End process to ensure service delivery as per Customer requirement and Continuous improvements in the process by coordinating with different stakeholders and various internal teams
