Job Responsibilities:

• Learn, adapt, implement and then transer to designated process owners the global and regional SC processes for China, aimed at continuos improvement, standardized and sustainable management processes
• Set up performance tracking system for Greater China SC, providing data analysis support to the China SC management team
• Monitor the performance of the various processes that have been implemented in China SC and to ensure they are on track to meet management expectations
• Assigned to work on adhoc projects/tasks such as PIMs, CPDEP and capacity and economics studies/evaluation etc.
• Any other tasks as Assigned by supervisor

. Ability and willingness to learn new knowledges

. Able to work under pressure to meet deadline and maintain quality output

. Good interpersonal skills and able to achieve supports from colleagues and other stakeholders

. Good presentation skills and can communicate complex processes in a way easier to accepted by others
