Job Description

In this role, Supply Chain Project Manager who will be the Business Transformation Area Lead for Invoice to Payments, you would work across various Procurement to Pay and IT groups to improve Intel's Supply Chain while helping to transform our Global Source to Pay Operations (GSPO) solution suite. Specifically, this role will be engaged initially in the Source to Pay transformation program driving changes to our systems as we transition to the new network for Request to payments processes. Deep engagement in our global and legal entity expansion roadmap and testing as well as the development of requirements for guided buying, shopping at intel and other interacting programs.

As the Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Works with organizations to help them improve their processes and systems.

- Completes User acceptance testing.

- Conducts research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and their clients.

- Requirement documentation.

- Prioritize, Manage and Review the deliverables developed by software Team.

- Coordinating end-user training and facilitating Train the Trainer sessions.

- Works on problems/tasks in the delivery of a specific product or service.

- Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule.

- Assesses risk and identifies issues.

- Monitors progress against schedule.

- Coordinates resources with other functions.

- Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.

- Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks.

- Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.

*This role may require the successful candidate to travel domestically and Internationally.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field of study.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst for critical business or systems.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English Level.
  • Unrestricted Costa Rica Work Permit.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field of study.
  • Understanding of the dynamic Agile/Scrum methodologies/process.
  • Experience with project management techniques and computing systems.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI/SSAS Cubes or any similar tool.
  • Experience using BI/ Analytics tools, writing queries.
