Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate & manage the daily operation of the team to handle the order fulfillment process for all regional sales teams, distributors & customers
• Develop effective forecast model. Collaborate with regional sales teams to develop, modify and communicate short term and long term forecast. Drive forecast accuracy whilst achieving targets on sales
• Ensure clear flow of information to regional sales teams
• Ensure adequate supply to support sales for markets, new launches & promotional activities
• Communicate closely with the regional sales teams, distributors & customers, internal stake holders (Operations/shipping , Product Management, Finance…etc.)
• Develop standardized processes and drive continuous improvements to elevate the performance of the team and support the growth of the Company
• Management Reporting
• Perform ad hoc assignment by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or relevant disciplines
• 10 years & above with at least 5 years in demand and supply planning managerial roles
• A strong leader who can perform within a very dynamic working environment
• Collaborate with, challenge and influence multi-functional teams throughout the SOP cycle
• Experience in leading change & process improvements
• Able to work well in a highly matrix environment and has experience working in MNCs
• Meticulous and detailed-orientated
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid experience in ERP, SAP is a must
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
