The Business Process Transformation organization is critical to the success of revolutionizing Intel planning tools and systems to enable our long-term vision and success in S&OP and S&OE. We are seeking experienced individuals who will be responsible for mapping existing processes to the future processes and ensuring data mapping as the process progresses through UAT and implementation. This role will own ensuring the processes are compliant with legal, internal audit, finance, and accounting policy. This individual will contribute to data collection and cross system data mapping as planning data migrates to the single source of truth. The successful candidate will be proficient in data analysis, reporting, process definition and documentation, process engineering and execution.
This dynamic role will support future state capabilities and regularly use critical analysis to develop and present recommendations.
The successful candidate will possess:
Proficiency with inventory management and data analytics
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and an understanding of data mining software
Interpersonal capability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively across matrixed teams
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Intrinsic motivation with a high tolerance for ambiguity
Ability to rapidly learn new systems and their functionality
Ability to translate complex supply chain problems into simplified digital models
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management, Data Science or any related field
2 years of experience delivering high quality work on time to cross organizational large projects
4 years of collective experience with:
-Collaborating with stakeholders to develop standardized prioritized requirements aligned to business value
-Driving process and problem solving across functional areas and organizations
-Data analysis to support program decisions and requirements development
-Planning and execution of user acceptance testing
-Business process development, documentation, and user training
-Supply or demand planning
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in supply chain management, data science or related field
Supply, demand or APICS certifications
Prior experience with planning system integration (Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, O9, SAP)
Familiarity with forecasting software tools
Familiarity with Business Process Modeling Software (BIC, ProVision, ARIS) and tools (SIPOC, BPMN, Value Stream mapping).

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
