Location: Suzhou SIP.

Responsibility:

- Routine work - Export and Analyze team reports from system, including INV, ITEM TREE, etc.

• Open orders follow up to ensure supplier on time delivery.

• Arrange lab test plan, and create lab test request, as well as work with product managers, QC/QA in Fastenal and Fastco for any of product problems.

• Corporate documents management.

• Supplier scorecard management, including quality, OTD, service, etc.

• Support Logistic department to arrange custom clearance, including prepare import & export packing list & commercial invoice, collect products information to get HS code.

Requirement:

• College graduates or above education;

• 1 year work experience related is preferred;
  

• Good at Microsoft, especially can use Excel fluently;

• Analytical, driven, open minded and goal oriented;

• Good communication and negotiation skills in both Chinese and English;

• The ability to work independently and willing to work hard;
