Responsibilities:

1. Create purchase orders as reqs needed, and make sure all data is accurate to be placed on the POs based on standard lead times and outputting POs to vendors.

2. Managing vendor PO confirmations and make sure vendors are confirming ship schedule as normal S&OP.

3. Weekly collect data for manage all kinds of different SC reports and Support supply planning team to design customized programing.

6. Act as a liaison between vendors and 3rd party logistics providers for the whole exported logistics process.

7. Monthly analysis vendors’ performance and support for the improvement plan implement.

8. Other tasks or projects as assigned by Supply chain manager.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, knowledge of supply chain is required; major of industrial engineering or information technology are selected.

2. Preferred 1-2 years supply chain experiences in Production / Supply Chain or equivalent in Multi-national Company environment and preferably in supervising/measuring performance of outsource vendors in the region.

3. Computer Skills: Advanced Office software is required; SQL, Access, VBA are selected.

4. Strong sense of urgency, results orientated; excellent time management and organizational skills as well as communication skills.

5. SAP/APO is highly preferred.
