Job Description
Supply Chain Specialist
  • Monitor, track and improve production status through capacity planning and demand forecasting.
  • Manage vendors' compliance to operation procedures.
  • Communicate with vendors to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Track and report vendor delivery performance and address improvement actions.
  • Manage vendor's contract for MOQ, Lead-time reduction and PLI, Warranty sign-off.
  • Collect documents from vendors as required to trade compliance and import requirements, and follow up associated documentation issues.
  • Maintain and manage Global Trade Management system.
  • Communicate with sourcing manager, SQE, buyer and vendor to release & follow up orders in order to ensure goods are of good quality and delivered on time.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, international trade or related field.
  • An experienced professional, with 2+ year experience in supply chain function.
  • Ability to be flexible and to work through ambiguity.
  • Ability to stay focused within hectic, sometimes stressful environment. Ability to change assignments on short notice.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel within the company as well as vendors.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and initiative.
  • Possess organizational agility and ability to get things done through others; a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form in English and Chinese.
  • Working experience at global sourcing office of MNCs will be a plus.
  • Hands-on experience of Customs Compliance within Asia Pacific region and order capacity planning will be a plus
