Job Description
JD for Supply Chain
- Communicate and coordinate with relative parties (suppliers, MIMP team, QC team, and merchandise team) to ensure smooth request-to-shipment execution for GSO orders.
- In charge of related shipping documents, hold accountability of the accuracy and timely submission.
- Work with QA, MIMP team, Merchandise team...etc to resolve any production issues, quality issues, artwork issues occurred during QC inspections, to minimize impact on deliveries.
- Follow up artwork renew for continuity items if needed.
- In charge of DIFOT report, hold accountability for performance.
- In charge of various reports, sales performance report, inventory and order forecast report…etc.
- Maintain strong business relationships with vendors. Evaluate vendors’ capability. Keep track of vendors’ performance.
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above, major in international trade, business English or related.
2. 2+ year working experience in Supply chain or international trade;
3. Good sense of customer service and related experience is preferred;
4. High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
5. Engaging & influential communication skill;
6. Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
7. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
8. Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
10.Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
11.Good command of written and oral English;
