To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end to end inbound logistics process starting from PO creation to the receipt of goods including material planning, procurement, transportation, customs clearance and GR processing activities. Your other responsibilities will include inventory management and control, and demand planning activities (SIOP). Your main responsibilities: Manage the flow of materials from suppliers to the warehouse in order to satisfy customer orders. Perform purchase order management activities, by effectively communicating with the factories on a daily basis, including rescheduling, expediting and cancelling of orders. Maintain effective communication with all related parties; suppliers, forwarders, and the custom broker, while managing various types of trade operations such as import, export, transit trade, drop-shipment, and delivery at the customs. Compile import related costs (freight, customs, etc.) of each shipment and accurately report them to the Accounting Department. Manage goods receiving process in SAP and address any discrepancies with suppliers. Act as as a Global Trade Management lead in local organization, especially in compliance related subjects. Support the Supply Chain Manager in managing 3rd party customs broker in daily operations. Collaborate with all stakeholders in gathering the necessary documents which are needed for customs clearance and post market audits (CE declarations and test reports). Provide accurate expected delivery dates for inquiries received from Sales Department on potential orders/projects. Do the initial review for customer return requests and involve the SCM and the Country Sales Manager for commercial decisions where necessary. Execute system transactions for material returns and buybacks from customers. Monitor samples given to the customers and follow up on the return of goods back to stock or invoicing of the customers. Organize reverse logistics of defected products for repair or credit purposes. Your secondary responsibilities: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date assortment (stock) list based on 6 months rolling history. Phase-in/phase-out management. Lead the monthly sales&supply chain planning parameters meeting. Gather insights on future demand. Chair “Order Line Coverage” meetings with Sales Department and update the assortment (stock) list accordingly. Initiate weekly stock comparison process with the warehouse and address any stock discrepancies between the system stock and the warehouse stock. Act as the local SIOP coordinator. Work with regional SIOP coordinator on maintaining an accurate FC. #LI-ID1 Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, International Trade and Logistics, or a related field. APICS certification will be an asset. Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar position Technical Experience in Supply Chain functions such as Material Requirements Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Control, Operational Buying etc. Experience in international trade (import & export, transit trade, drop shipments), international transportation, and customs procedures (product safety regulations, CE marking, audits etc.) Very good knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MM module (SAP SD module will be an asset). Experience with IBP or a demand planning software will be an asset. Very good command of MS Office applications (especially Excel) Advanced level speaking and writing proficiency in English. Solid organizational skills, management of priorities, ability to work within set deadlines. Collaborative team player with an ability to offer and receive help. Activating people for new ideas and new ways of doing things. Analytical problem solver, resourceful and result oriented Initiative taker and proactive in taking actions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with all the stakeholders. Ability to give and receive feedback.
