Qualifications

  This role will require robust experience in a broad range of Supply Chain, Life-Cycle Management, Customer Service (CS), Order to Cash (OTC), Logistics, Transportation, and Warehousing processes, and close cross-functional and regional collaboration to successfully ensure uninterrupted supply to patients in Mexico and Distributor Markets.

Minimum Requirements:

• •Master’s degree and 10 years of directly related experience, or
• •Bachelor’s degree and 15 years of directly related experience
• Cold-Chain management and GDPs
• Staff management
• Budget management for SC department expenses
• Demand and Supply planning experience (i.e. IBP, S&OP, etc.)
• Direct-Sales supply model

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Advanced education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or  knowledge by experience in these areas with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Supply Chain and Life-Cycle Management
• •Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Transportation, and/or Warehousing
• •Experience in the start-up and/or product launches for a bio/pharmaceutical company in Mexico and management of Distributor Markets
• •GMP and GDP knowledge and understanding of bio/pharmaceutical regulations and business principles.
• •Understanding of marketing principles and competitor practices
• •Accurate and detail focused, but flexible to flow to the work.
• •Ability to work under minimal direction within the matrix and different cultures
• •Good negotiating skills
• •Strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• •Strong communication (verbally and in writing) and influencing skills
• •Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – Portuguese is a plus
