About the role

Supports with the coordination and development of RWS Campus - the global RWS University Program – including planning and hosting events with partner institutions, research and engagement with new and existing partners, and tracking and reporting, to enable growth and continued success. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support initiatives and enhance program. Plans/establishes a variety of services and materials to increase university collaboration within the areas of brand awareness and talent development, supporting RWS’s current requirements and enabling expansion.

 

Responsibilities

• Operational excellence – researches and analyses requirements, potential partners, events and leads to continuously develop the Campus program. Develops and executes campaigns. Provides advice and direction to others working on program. Applies Campus materials and methodologies flexibly in order to address business needs. Promotes and represents the Campus brand both within RWS and externally and seeks to unlock further opportunities.
• Delivers Quality, Value, and Results – Uses multiple techniques and streams to build the RWS Campus brand in the market and develop partnerships. Tracks and reports on data to measure progress and success. Leverages data/statistics to identify areas for improvement and markets with expansion potential. Creates and implements strategies to improve processes and methodologies on a global basis.
• Relationship Building – Builds strong relationships by working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand the needs relating to university collaboration. Fosters relationships across internal and external groups to maintain and increase a team of expert contributors to the Campus program. Works with stakeholders from across RWS to create required materials and documentation. Cultivates external networks and relationships to position the Campus brand in the market and to increase the overall reach of Campus.
• Supporting stakeholders – Collaborates cross-organizationally to enhance the program's value and outcomes, including developing key collateral. Leverages industry knowledge, external networks and relationships to identify trends that will impact RWS's supply chain and future requirements. Works with external partners to adapt the program to meet the needs of the local market and RWS.
