Supply Chain Analysts (SCAs) work as individual contributors and/or on project teams with other Department Analysts, and Project Managers. SCAs have a core responsibility to ensure Continuous Improvement. The SCAs identify process improvements based on thorough understanding of the business processes and supply chain dependencies. SCAs communicate, explain, and clarify issues with the customer/business groups/divisions, and translate business requirements. Some SCAs perform specialized tasks in addition to their core job responsibilities, such as consulting on tools, systems, quality and controls, services, or processes; provide input to system/process design; and/or provide content knowledge support and troubleshooting. SCAs may work on several projects &/or programs simultaneously, managing multi stakeholders, conduct budget &/or headcount planning, business forecasting, constraint analysis, inventory analysis, Plan/POR, benchmarking and departmental indicators.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in STEM in Supply Chain or relevant STEM degree with 4 years of experience
or
Masters degree in STEM in Supply Chain or relevant STEM degree with 2 years of experience
2+ years of Supply Chain Analyst experience
Preferred qualifications
Strong Communications
Experience in technology and manufacturing highly desirable especially semiconductor industry
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management
Supply planning experience to support customer demand and revenue target achievement
Experience using enterprise IT systems for supply planning
Experience working with Excel, PPT, Power BI and Power Query
Prior experience transitioning a product from NPP to HVM
Prior planning experience on FPGA product

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
