Job responsibility:

1) Manage official purchase order with vendors. Closely follow up and keep all concerned parties informed about each order status.

2) Explain payment terms (LC or TT) and settle all payment issues.

3) Coordinate with vendors, forwarders and carriers to ensure all shipments to be delivered on time and in full.

4) Timely transfer all correct shipping documents from vendors to overseas team.

5) Have sense to evaluate & educate vendors and forwarders to meet company’s logistics requirements.

6) Work over the whole Supply Chain, promoting good working relationships through effective communication within the project team.

7) Anticipate the potential problems on each step and react quickly to find solution.

8) Optimize the Logistic process to continuously reduce costs and lead-times.

Job requirements:
1) 1 to 3 years working experience.First experience in Supply Chain management for a foreign sourcing office. Logistic experience in the factory is interesting.

2) Be familiar with international transportation, customs policy, especially for air & LCL shipment.

3) Good team work attitude.

4) Methodical work organization. Act fast and efficiently.

5) Diplomacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6) Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Basic in French.

7）Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office).

8）Bachelor degree is preferred
