- Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility
- Develop or contribute to the development and implement supply chain and sourcing strategy, plan and operations that will enable to achieve the supply chain and sourcing objectives.
- Define and implement performance indicators and ensure periodical reporting of actual performance against these indicators.
- Monitor the execution of the plans and take corrective actions, in order to achieve the results.
- Define service agreements and boundary conditions with the business managers.
- Optimize the integral supply chain and sourcing and minimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and operating Working Capital whilst meeting agreed upon customer service levels.
- Manage the order handling and delivery, distribution, logistics, warehousing, inventory, packaging and transport. Manage direct sourcing for DZK and DRB and find improvement opportunities.
- Manage the direct sourcing function to minimize the total cost of ownership, look for efficiency improvements for both DRB and DZK and manage the contractor, suppliers and vendors. Start organizing indirect sourcing with the involvement of DSM sourcing
- Ensure that the Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing and projects organization are aligned with the supply chain and sourcing objectives and plans and able to realize the objectives.
- Be responsible for all SHE aspects, related to the execution of the SCM, logistical and sourcing processes.
- Be responsible for all quality aspects related to the execution of the SCM and sourcing processes (with respect to both internal and external quality requirements).

- Educational level: BSc in SCM/Management or Above
- Managerial and social knowledge
- Good communication and social skills
- People management skills
- Computer Skill: Be familiar with Word, Excel, PPT.
- English Skill: Good oral and Writing
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing industrial supply chain and sourcing background.
- Experience in SCM and sourcing management where SCM experience is prevailed
- Prior leadership/supervisory experience is required.
