1. Audit suppliers to international standards, develop and maintain audit schedules.
2. Review project time lines and escalate when risk identified.
3. Improvement planning with Suppliers.
4. Monitor SOP for new projects.
5. Problem solving with supplier, technical support.
6. Provide Technical leadership role for suppliers.
7. Written reports on weekly status.
8. Support new supplier assessment.
9. Develop and maintain FW Jinan Quality System manual.
10. Communicate at all levels internally and externally;
11. English or German native-speaker;
12. Work at supplier plant mainly in China
