Supply Engineer – NPD (新项目采购工程师)

Requirements:

• -5+ years working experience with 2+ years Supply Chain related.

• -Bachelor degree or above, in international trade or related field.

• -Multinational company experience is preferred.

• -Solid skills in supply chain management.

• -Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner.

• -Commitment to the tasks assigned.

• -Fluent English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• -Collaborate as a team member of NPD/NPI projects and work with cross function team to launch these projects successfully.

• -Review and create RFQ package, ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively with suppliers.

• -Interact with category leaders internally and potential suppliers as well to obtain quotations in time, and perform cost analysis.

• -Review specification issues, manufacturing limitations, suppliers’ capabilities and Cost/MOQ/Lead Time/Commercial Terms with cross function team as necessary.

• -Manage the timeline of supply related activities and facilitate implementation in time.

• -Work with both direct and indirect category leaders and cross function team to locate prospective new suppliers/techniques to meet customer needs in future.

• -Identify NPD project risks from supply management perspective and create proactive action plans.

• -Support global NPD team on local suppliers communications and problem solving.

• -Manage Project base material cost, set up and maintain project cost reduction road map.

• -Lead project life cycle management such as project rump up and end of life in supply chain.
