职位描述

-Responsible for planning, directing and monitoring the activities related to the factory's costs systems and analysis of product costs and contribution margins - including details for prime, conversion and logistics costs. Responsibilities include consolidation of MW-C MAC and WWY MAC planning, YEE and BR forecasting. Responsible for co-piloting supply leadership on strategy, forecast, investment, value leadership and productivity decisions.

• Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the supply leadership team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions. Support strategy definition and implementation, developing and evaluating longer term strategies, forecasts and investment plans.
• Manage the processes of the supply financial shaping and financial forecasting (including Capex), analysis, management accounting and reporting. Own supply related P&L and cash performance, identifying business issues and opportunities, and making recommendations for future actions.
• Co-pilot the supply leadership to drive value leadership and efficiency efforts through effective co-piloting productivity initiatives and projects.

任职条件

• University Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• At least 4 yeras of experience from Supply Finance areas
• Strong learning agility / comfortable in a fast-paced and highly flexible environment
• Great communication skills
