Provide BU forecast to supplier. Then supplier will be able to do the production planning.

• Align forecast confirmation with supplier. Need to communicate capacity/urgent orders/push out/pull in to supplier.
• Provide production and engineering capacity priority communication with supplier.
• Co-work with supplier on new planning/flow/setup system communication.
• Work on capacity arrangement.
• Provide QBR material.
• Make sure internal alignment and single voice of various operational topics to/from suppliers.
• Drive for operational improvements and fill in gaps between different organizations.
• Help supplier to connect the dots on the operational related issues encountered.
• Backing up when other folks are on leave.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years operational management related experience. Ability will work with both internal and external stakeholders and drive alignment as well as operational excellence.

OSAT supplier management related experiences will be a plus.
