Responsibilities:

1.Be the main interface of different internal and external parties (such as factory sites, suppliers), for SOP/forecast management, supply fulfilment, action plans, Exposure List and Buffer Stock Management etc;

2.Make consistent analysis on SSP vs SOP decision;

3.Take timely decision jointly with SBU to make the production plan feasible and secure the delivery;

4.Follow up suppliers ’orders’ status, from supplier order received till shipment on board;

5.Follow up vendors on confirmation of Estimated Time Departure of all new orders;

6.Provide reliable and timely information on capacity, identify the risk on components and capacity;

7.Monitor suppliers’ logistics service and performance and work for continuous improvements.

Requirements:

1.Degree or above in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business Management or equivalent;

2.Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in supply planning;

3.Experienced in manufacturing industry is preferably;

4.Good in communication skills, responsibility and self-motivated;

5.Good in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

6.Familiar with MS Word, Excel, hands-on experience in SAP an added .
