Responsibilities:

• Weekly MRP review demand and material availability, and place PO and forecast to the packaging suppliers. Alert the risk in OOS & write-off.
• Manage the NPD/EPD packaging material to phase in/out. And minimize the write-off cost.
• Optimize inventory level to meet target, by defined materials planning process, deliveries frequency, minimum ordering quantity, standard delivery lot, and safety stock setting.
• Regular communication with Commercial team and Supply Chain to confirm materials deliveries/availability to catch up with their production to avoid OOS.
• Leverage HK finished goods replenishment & optimize the process to avoid OOS & aging stock.
• Set up clear and effective process for HK to deal with demand change (shortage, excess), take lead to implement it.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years working experience.
• Rich experience on production planning and material planning is highly preferred.
• Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office software
• Good knowledge of ERP
• Good experience and knowledge in the evaluation and management of suppliers
• Good communication, negotiation skills, and is a good team player
