?Responsible for optimizing the balance of inventory in distribution center in line with target customer service levels.

?Managing the supply schedule, creating and expediting purchase order, highlight potential supply risks and resolve.

?Collect data on supplier performance and produce KPI reporting for analysis and propose recommendations for improvements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Liaise and place purchase orders on suppliers in line with demand requirements, MOQ, etc.

?Regularly review and recommend safety stock settings to support service and inventory targets

?Place purchase orders to suppliers and maintain accurate delivery information in the system (SAP)

?Communicate supplier delivery shortages to the internal parties

?Perform check of supplier order confirmation to ensure data accuracy

?Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery updates to ensure timely dispatch from them. Inform any changes to relevant internal team members in supply chain and customer service

?Liaison with suppliers to communicate purchase forecasts and demand changes on a regular basis to ensure appropriate supply is met. Keep constant the communication with suppliers to adjust the ETD of PO in time to react to changes

?Keep documentation for all procurement related records like Purchase Proposal, PO, etc.

?Maintain settings within SAP to support supply chain functions and processes as required

?Preparation of comprehensive monthly supply chain management reports, and other ad hoc reports, within established deadlines, to assist in management decision-making

?Fluent Oral &Written English

?3 years + Supply Planning experience

?Excellent Excel skills
