Manage supply plan to ensure suppliers’ production capacity to fulfill customers’ requirement by monthly SOP and weekly SSP (Supplier Shipment Plan)

Collaborate closely with Business Unit to monitor the gap between demand and supply plan and recommend action plan in case of issue

Build anticipation plan for seasonal factory closure (i.e. CNY, Golden Week, Factory Relocation…etc.)

Monitor suppliers’ production plan to achieve on-time-delivery. Identify potential risk of delay and facilitate recovery plan

Negotiate order lead time reduction & MOQ reduction with suppliers

Participate in Product Lifecycle management including project group for new product launch and minimize excess material cost at end-of-life

Conduct regular performance reviews and root cause analysis with suppliers to achieve target service level

Degree or above, major in Supply Chain Management or Business-related disciplines with 5 years relevant working experience in supply / demand planning

Solid knowledge of supply chain business models, planning and forecasting

Experience in demand planning is an advantage

Self-motivated and strong interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and project management skills

Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese

Proficiency in the application of MS Office, hands-on experience in SAP/APO is preferred

Business travel to suppliers is required
