The Data and Analytics Group (DAG) within the Intel IT business segment is chartered with delivering and maintaining world-class data and analytics capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable, and high-quality data and cutting-edge data, reporting, and analytical solutions. Key focus areas for the DAG include maturing enterprise data governance, leveraging master data management, establishing an enterprise data foundation, and delivering strategic data assets and insights.

Responsibilities:

• As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance
• Responsible for supervision/management of an IT function/site/corporate operation
• Day-to-day functional management of the organization, including performance management, training/developing, forecasting/reporting, and budgeting/expense control
• Set future direction and plans
• Ensures operation meets basic user, headcount, and quality guidelines
• Represent operation
• Provide a training program
• Provide day-to-day operational reporting/tracking indicators
• Requires advanced knowledge of a highly technical or professional field
• Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts
• Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 9+ years of technical leadership experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• M.B.A. or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering is preferred
• Exceptional analytical, written, oral, and presentation skills with a proven track record of effectively communicating and leading change initiatives
• Strong capacity to build strong networks with senior stakeholders
• Experience as a technical systems analyst and/or IT product owner
• Development experience with object-oriented programming languages or databases ( SQL, Hana, Oracle, etc.)
• Experience leading teams operating in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
• Experience in Supply Chain applications and business processes in general and - Supply Planning in particular
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and related concepts such as flex BOM, TPA, binning, DLCP, LLCP, etc.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
