Job overview:

We are looking for a Supply & Demand Planner working in Planning China team. As a Supply & Demand Planner, you are responsible for creating and maintaining a feasible production plan based on the monthly demand plan aligned in the S&OP process. Responsible for ensuring agreed product availability levels for customer and intercompany orders, and minimizing customer impacts when delays are imminent. Responsible for WIP and FG inventories at relevant production site. Responsible for creating a rolling forecast for next 24 months. Responsible for Setting-up relevant interfaces to sales, conducting meetings adhering to Global S&OP process and identifying key drivers of sales trends, key opportunities. Rep-resent Global Planning & Optimization (GPO) in recurring Supply Operations and sales interactions.


In this position you need to have:

• Bachelor (above)or equivalent academic background preferred in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 1 year working experiences in Supply Chain Management with proven record of sustainable results.
• Knowledge and experience with MRP II, SAP MM module, SAP APO and DP IBP platforms
• Good working knowledge of MS-Excel and data mining from SAP, APO, and BW/AAO platforms
• Experience in operations, inventory management, MRP, lean manufacturing and demand planning processes.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, good written and oral in Chinese and English.
