Job Description
DIRECT RESPONSIEBILITY:
  • Indoor sales for spare part in relation to semiconductor products.
  • Responsible for checking and entering customer orders
  • In charge of issuing purchase order to suppliers
  • Monitor orders at least 30 days before confirmed PO ETD for cargo status and shipment handling. Push and get a feedback within due date
  • Instruct suppliers to make the efficient delivery plan according to lead time and customer’s request.
  • Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to adjust delivery schedules
  • In charge of preparation for shipping and LC documents.
  • Periodically check AR status with customer and feedback
  • Undertaking monthly revenue reports.

SKILLS:
  • Familiar with process from order to delivery
  • Basically knowledge about international trade
  • Good communication skill
  • Be Patient & proactive
  • Work independently and detail-oriented
  • Have team spirit
  • Major in international trade, logistic or related
  • Passed CET-4 at least
  • Good at Excel, Outlook, others will be preferred.
