Job Description
DIRECT RESPONSIEBILITY:
SKILLS:
- Indoor sales for spare part in relation to semiconductor products.
- Responsible for checking and entering customer orders
- In charge of issuing purchase order to suppliers
- Monitor orders at least 30 days before confirmed PO ETD for cargo status and shipment handling. Push and get a feedback within due date
- Instruct suppliers to make the efficient delivery plan according to lead time and customer’s request.
- Coordinate with forwarders and suppliers to adjust delivery schedules
- In charge of preparation for shipping and LC documents.
- Periodically check AR status with customer and feedback
- Undertaking monthly revenue reports.
SKILLS:
- Familiar with process from order to delivery
- Basically knowledge about international trade
- Good communication skill
- Be Patient & proactive
- Work independently and detail-oriented
- Have team spirit
- Major in international trade, logistic or related
- Passed CET-4 at least
- Good at Excel, Outlook, others will be preferred.
