Join us and become Support Consultant in IT Service Desk, where you’ll be responsible for conducting incident management, first- and second-line IT onsite support and asset management regarding IT user equipment. We focus our efforts on supporting the entire business and ensuring that the company works as a professional, reliable and responsible company. You’ll be part of our Global Service Desk, where you’ll have a local staff manager and functional service desk manager in Denmark. Our Service Desk Team is spread all over the world and you’ll get 60 top motivated colleagues to back you up.

Furthermore, you’ll support our Network and Server department during changes to the infrastructure server/network. You should also be prepared to assist your colleagues in the local team with ad-hoc tasks.

You speak and write Mandarin and English at business level and have moderate onsite support experience from a large company. Furthermore, you’re service-minded, but with a decisive approach. You excel at cooperating and networking with users and colleagues. You have a flexible approach and welcome changes in a busy working day with many different challenges that need to be prioritized and solved.
