Job Duties

• Project coordination for minor add on / change
• Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting IT problems
• Act as the 1st customer contact point / technical helpdesk agent to provide remote support
• Keep track the case status and make escalation to vendor/related parties whenever applicable
• Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on problem situations
• Initiate the appropriate corrective actions using established procedure as emergency needs arise
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server and PC environment as well LAN and WAN would be advantageous
• Holder of professional certification, such as CCNA, MCSE has advantage
• Experience in school's T.S.S. position is preferable
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
