Job Description
1、 Product pre-sales, after-sales service, pilot service
1. Complete customer on-site pre-sales service related work, answer customer questions about products. 2. Complete the relevant work of the pilot test and make corresponding records and feedback.
3. Complete after-sales installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment training for operators within the specified time frame
4. Participate in the formulation of various standards for product services (maintenance, repair, etc.)
2、 Collection of competitor information and customer relationship requirements
1. The participants and executors of customer relationships (including supervisors below);
2. Organize personnel to collect competitor information and customer needs, and submit relevant information in a standardized and complete manner;
3. Collection, feedback, coordination, and handling of customer demands;
4. Customer quality activities.
3、 Spare parts management
1. Implement spare parts management in the office, conduct regular inventory and maintain the spare parts warehouse.
2. Feedback and information collection of office spare parts materials.
