Support Requests (SR) are usually received via a ticket system the requests are accepted, worked on and supervised by the employee. Take ownership for the Flow Technology. This includes the product groups SITRANS FM, FC, FX and FUS inline and clamp-on transmitters and sensors. After Sales Support – Technical questions after device purchase (e.g. help with commission-ing or solving). Pre-Sales Support – Sales and technical questions before the device purchase (e.g. ad-vice on application and configuration, price inquiries) The candidate University degree in Automation, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related Process Instrumentation and automation knowledge Construction material, assembling knowledge Familiar with automation (PLC and DCS Automation) Flexibility in travelling also for training reasons (in Karlsruhe (DE) and Haguenau (FR)) Languages Romanian and English – proficient; German is a plus Good interpersonal skills Self-organized Willing to learn and discover new things Desire for self-improvements and innovations At Siemens, we are always challenging ourselves to build a better future.
