Job Description
Provide help desk support by handling phone-in and email support enquiries
Troubleshoot customer’s technical issues
Prioritize and escalate bugs to engineers, and ensure timely resolution
Creates high quality documentation based on his/her work experience and knowledge
Project implementation including:
- Able to provide necessary documentation regarding the status of the project
- Planning the project schedule
- On site meetings
- User training
- Co-ordinating with internal and external parties for smooth application of project
Job Requirements
Basic computer/network knowledge
Good problem solving skill and quick learner
Good team player with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently, with self-motivation, good team player
Well written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Able to work under pressure
Immediate availability is preferred
