Job Duties:

Trouble-Shooting for user reported case

• Find problem case and replicate problem in testing environment
• Provide short-term and long term solution with further vision

Application Development and Deployment

• Perform program design that is good for future change and exceptional handling
• Provide exceptional message is more readable which make operation support easier
• Perform programming works using SQL, VB.Net, ASP.Net and Crystal Report

System Administration

• Perform daily job monitoring and support for data import from Head Office
• Have hands on experience for MS domain environment 
• Perform MS SQL database administration
• Monitor servers own by development team

Requirements:

• High Diploma / Associate Degree Holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT equivalent
• Minimum 2 years related programming working experience 
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
