Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation of supporting services protocols and procedures
• Coordinate various supporting services including domestic services, portering services, waste management, gardening, mortuary and other supporting services
• Provide supervision, guidance and training for the in-house staff and outsourced operation team
• Assist in testing system and equipment related to supporting services
• Perform shift duty as scheduled and as required
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments

• 監督、指導及培訓本院內部/外判員工
• 協助測試與支援服務相關的系統和設備
• 需輪班工作

Job Requirements

• Completed Secondary School
• At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in hospital / hotel industry
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Knowledge in MS Office applications

• 中學畢業
• 具兩年以上於醫院/酒店相關工作經驗
• 良好的溝通、人際和督導技巧
• 良好的中英文說話和寫作能力
• 熟悉MS Office相關軟件

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3 year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
