• To maintain and update the job plan and PM planner for equipment in MAXIMO system.
• To verify spares received from supplier.

To perform and verify the corrective maintenance work order in MAXIMO system

• To prepare Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) review report.
• To perform and verify completed PM work order for proper execution of PM activity in MAXIMO system.
• To raise non-conformity for any abnormality observed in maintenance, process and operation of equipment.
• To prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• To prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) for new equipment or process.
• To verify availability and reliability of all production equipment by monitoring and controlling electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
• To verify water system operation and its documentation as per standard operating procedures.
• To implement installation of new equipment within scheduled time.
• To execute plant modification for compliance of statutory or regulatory and safety requirements.
• To provide training to Technicians for corrective action and preventive action (CAPA).
• To provide technical guidance and training to plant Technical team for improvement in technical competency and reduction in repetitive breakdowns.
• To assign Preventive Maintenance (PM) work order of equipment for Preventive Maintenance (PM) execution in MAXIMO.
• To review Preventive Maintenance (PM) work order after execution to prepare Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) review report.
• To raise Work Order (WO) against service log in MAXIMO and assign same for work execution.
• To raise requirements of spares and maintain stock of recommended spares, consumables minimum inventory level for critical equipment.
• To maintain documentation system in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) norms.
• To issue spare required for replacement in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM).
• To verify implementation of SOP and seek for Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), if any gaps are observed.
• To prepare monthly Breakdown Maintenance report.
• To maintain the plant in compliance state with statutory requirement as per Pollution, Electricity, Safety, Boiler and water regulations of the nation.
• In the absence of Executive, Department Head will ensure these roles and responsibilities.
